For lab-grown diamonds, we carefully source stones to meet a minimum of E colour and VS2 clarity, ensuring exceptional sparkle and quality. Before production begins, you’ll receive a HD video of your exact diamond along with its IGI certification, so you can confidently approve your stone.

If you’re selecting moissanite, each stone is custom cut to order and chosen for its fire, clarity, and natural colour. We offer a range of tones including colourless, champagne, and grey — all designed to maintain their beauty over time without fading.

Our Crafting Timeline

Each Fiorie piece is individually crafted to order — a considered alternative to mass production.

 Handmade by our skilled artisans, every design is created with precision and care, allowing us to focus on quality while reducing unnecessary waste.

 Please allow up to 6 weeks for your piece to be completed before shipping.
Shipping & Delivery

We offer complimentary shipping on all Australian orders, with no minimum spend. All domestic parcels are sent via Australia Post with full tracking, so you can follow your Fiorie piece every step of the way. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 We also offer secure worldwide delivery via FedEx. International orders over $1000 AUD qualify for complimentary shipping, while orders below this threshold are shipped at a flat rate of $120 AUD.

All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind and include end-to-end tracking. International pricing is exclusive of VAT, duties, and local taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your destination. If you’d like to discuss VAT-excluded pricing or bespoke delivery arrangements, our team is always here to assist — simply reach out prior to placing your order.
Returns & Warranty

Each Fiorie piece is made to order and crafted especially for you. As such, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once production has commenced.

 If your piece arrives with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange an assessment and appropriate resolution.

 All solid gold Fiorie pieces are backed by a 2-year manufacturing warranty, offering confidence in the quality of our craftsmanship.
