Returns & Exchanges

At Fiorie Jewellery, every piece is made to order specifically for you. This allows us to offer exceptional quality and value while creating a piece that is uniquely yours.

As a result, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

We encourage customers to carefully review all product details, sizing information, and design selections before placing an order. If you have any questions before purchasing, our team is always happy to help.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@fioriejewellery.com with photos and a description of the issue.

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or otherwise remedy the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Order Changes & Cancellations

As production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase. Once production, stone sourcing, CAD design, or manufacturing has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Ring Sizing

We strongly recommend confirming your ring size before placing your order. While we cannot accept returns due to incorrect sizing, we may be able to assist with resizing on eligible designs for an additional fee.

Please note that our Returns & Refunds Policy is separate from our Aftercare & Warranty coverage. All solid gold pieces are covered by our two-year manufacturing warranty, which includes craftsmanship-related issues under normal wear. For care guidance, maintenance, or warranty enquiries, our team is always happy to assist.
