TERMS & CONDITIONS 2026
By entering the Fiorie Jewellery Christmas Giveaway, participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Promoter
This giveaway is conducted by Fiorie Jewellery (ABN 94 723 543 574), based in New South Wales, Australia.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
2. Promotion Period
The giveaway opens upon publication of the official giveaway announcement on Fiorie Jewellery's Instagram account, @fioriejewellery.
Entries close Thursday, 19 November 2026 at 11:59pm AEDT (Sydney time).
Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter, participants must:
- Be aged 18 years or older.
- Be an Australian resident with an Australian delivery address.
- Have a genuine, active Instagram account.
- Comply with all entry requirements outlined in the official giveaway post.
The following accounts are not eligible:
- Accounts created or used primarily for entering competitions and giveaways.
- Fake, automated or bot accounts.
- Accounts using fraudulent or misleading information.
- Accounts engaging in spam or automated entry activity.
Fiorie Jewellery reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that do not meet these conditions, acting reasonably and consistently.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Fiorie Jewellery Christmas Giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps during the promotional period:
- Follow Fiorie Jewellery on Instagram – @fioriejewellery.
- Follow Fiorie Jewellery on Facebook – Fiorie Jewellery.
- Like and save the official Christmas Giveaway Reel on Instagram.
- Tag a friend in the comments of the official giveaway Reel.
Each additional eligible comment tagging a different genuine Instagram account will count as one additional entry.
Participants must be following Fiorie Jewellery on both Instagram and Facebook at the time of the winner selection to be eligible.
Fiorie Jewellery reserves the right to verify that all entry requirements have been met before awarding the prize.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive:
One pair of Fiorie Tara 1CTW Oval Lab-Grown Diamond Stud Earrings in 10K yellow solid gold valued at $1,399 RRP
The total diamond weight is 1.00 carat across the pair (0.5ct each diamond). See the Tara Earring listing for more product details.
The prize:
- Is not transferable or exchangeable.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
- Cannot be exchanged for another product, size or design.
- Will be shipped free of charge to an eligible Australian delivery address.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the competition closes.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of winning.
Fiorie Jewellery will verify that the selected winner has complied with the entry requirements before confirming the prize.
The draw will take place on 20th November, 2026 in New South Wales, Australia.
7. Winner Announcement & Notification
The winner will be announced via Fiorie Jewellery's official Instagram and facebook accounts, @fioriejewellery, and contacted via Instagram or Facebook direct message.
The winner must respond within 72 hours of being notified to claim their prize.
If the winner does not respond within this period, or is deemed ineligible, Fiorie Jewellery may conduct a further random draw, subject to applicable promotional laws.
Fiorie Jewellery will never request payment or credit card details to claim the prize.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped to the winner's nominated Australian address at no cost.
Fiorie Jewellery is not responsible for delivery delays outside its reasonable control.
The winner must provide accurate delivery details to facilitate shipment.
9. Verification & Disqualification
Fiorie Jewellery reserves the right to verify entries and request reasonable evidence of eligibility.
Entries may be disqualified where there is reasonable evidence of:
- Fraudulent or misleading activity.
- Use of bots, fake profiles or automated entries.
- Failure to comply with the giveaway requirements.
- Manipulation of the entry process.
- Use of dedicated competition or giveaway accounts as described in Section 3.
Disqualification decisions will be made fairly and consistently.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected from the winner will be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway, verifying eligibility and delivering the prize.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Fiorie Jewellery's Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.
11. General Conditions
Fiorie Jewellery reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.
Fiorie Jewellery is not responsible for technical issues, Instagram outages or other circumstances outside its reasonable control that may prevent an entry from being received.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Fiorie Jewellery and not to any of the abovementioned stakeholders.
