When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How do I find my size?
Go to our Size Guides page for a comprehensive explanation on this.
Do you have any physical stores?
We are an online-only brand and don’t have a physical storefront.
However, if you're based in Sydney, our ready-to-ship pieces can be viewed by appointment at our private residence in Westleigh.
If you’re not local, our Try Before Forever program lets you experience your ring before committing — we create a 925 sterling silver replica of your design so you can see it, wear it, and be completely sure before going ahead with your solid gold piece.
We ship Australia-wide and internationally, fully insured with tracking 🤍
Where is Fiorie Jewellery based?
Fiorie Jewellery is an Australian-owned, online-only brand.
As a small, dedicated team, we prioritise exceptional one-on-one service while maintaining transparent, accessible pricing.
See our About us section to learn more!

Absolutely. You’ll receive regular communication from our team throughout your piece’s crafting journey. Upon completion, we’ll be in touch to provide your tracking information.
Please note, each update along your piece’s journey will be delivered to the email you provided at the beginning of your journey with us.
Do you offer customisation options?

Where are your pieces crafted?
Our jewellery is designed in Australia and crafted in China, where we’ve carefully selected our manufacturing partner based on shared values of sustainability and ethics.
We’re committed to doing right, which is why we’ve personally visited and vetted dozens of factories to ensure they meet our high standards. We look for clean, safe work environments and treat employees with respect. By choosing a single long-term partner whom prioritize their team, we help create better workplaces, which leads to highly skilled, dedicated craftsmen consistently producing top-notch, high-quality jewellery — made with care!
Can I speak to someone before ordering?
Absolutely. We encourage customers to reach out for personalised guidance before purchasing.
See our contact page for options
Does your jewellery have any nickel in it?
All Fiorie jewellery materials are independently tested to comply with EU REACH safety standards for jewellery intended for prolonged skin contact. Our tested materials passed strict limits for nickel release, lead, and cadmium content.
Results showed:
- Nickel release levels well below EU compliance limits
- No detectable lead
- No detectable cadmium
This testing helps ensure our jewellery is suitable for everyday wear and comfortable for most people, including many with sensitive skin.
Please note:
- Individual sensitivities can vary, particularly for those with severe metal allergies
- White gold alloys may contain more nickel than yellow or rose gold alloys, which is common across the jewellery industry
- For clients with severe metal sensitivities or known nickel allergies, we generally recommend platinum as the safest option for long-term everyday wear
Our commitment is to provide high-quality materials that meet internationally recognised safety standards while remaining transparent about the metals and alloys used in fine jewellery.
Warranty & Care
Do you have a Warranty?
Yes, we’ve got you covered with a two-year warranty! We guarantee that your jewellery will be free from any manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. However, this warranty doesn’t cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or any failed repair attempts.
It also doesn’t apply to purchases made through online auction sites or unauthorized resellers.
If you think your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, just shoot us an email at info@fioriejewellery.com, and our customer service team will be happy to assist you!
See our Product care page for more information!
How should I care for my piece of jewellery?
We recommend removing your jewellery during showering, swimming and heavy activity and having it professionally checked annually.
See our Product care page for more information.
Do you offer ongoing servicing?
As an online-only brand, we don’t operate a physical workshop for in-house servicing.
This allows us to keep our pricing accessible without showroom or service markups.
For routine maintenance such as cleaning, polishing, or resizing, we recommend using a trusted local jeweller — which is often faster, more convenient, and cost-effective for our customers.
If you ever need guidance, we’re always here to advise on care or servicing options.

Try Before Forever
What is a replica ring?
A replica ring is a 925 sterling silver and cubic zirconia (CZ) version of your custom design, created to match the proportions, details, and fit of your final ring. It allows you to try the design at home before committing to your forever piece.
Why do you offer replicas?
We understand that purchasing fine jewellery online can feel like a big decision. Our replica rings allow you to experience your chosen design, stone size and overall look in person before your solid gold piece is made. It's a simple way to ensure you're completely confident in your choice and helps reduce the risk of ordering a design that isn't quite what you expected. Many clients use our replica service to compare sizes, try different styles, or wear the ring for a few days before committing to their forever piece.
What materials is the replica made from?
All replicas are crafted in 925 sterling silver. CZ Stones used are for design and scale reference only and may differ from your final stone selection.
How much does the replica cost?
The standard design replica ring is $199 AUD and the custom designed replica ring is $299 AUD. This fee is fully redeemable toward your final solid gold or platinum ring if you choose to proceed.
Is there any obligation to proceed after receiving my replica?
No. The replica is designed purely for fit, scale, and design approval, with no obligation to proceed. You’re free to move forward only if and when you’re ready.
Please note that any pricing provided during your initial consultation is valid for a limited time, and the replica credit is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
How long does the replica process take?
Up to 6 weeks from CAD approval for custom designs or approximately 4-5 weeks for standard designs.
Can I make changes after seeing the replica?
Of course! After reviewing your replica, you may request refinements to proportions, sizing, or design details before proceeding with your final ring.
Please note that any additional replica rings will incur an additional non-refundable fee.
Can I resize the replica?
No. Replica rings are created purely for design preview and sizing reference and cannot be resized. However, each replica includes a ring sizing kit, allowing you to re-measure at home and confirm the perfect size for your forever piece.
Can I wear the replica daily?
The replica is intended for short-term try-on and design evaluation, not long-term daily wear and includes no warranty.
Can I keep the replica ring?
Yes — the replica is yours to keep regardless of if you proceed with a forever piece.
Why does my replica ring have minor marks or imperfections?
Replica rings are crafted using different materials and production methods than our final fine jewellery pieces. Due to the nature of the replica process — particularly for detailed designs — minor surface marks such as light scratches may occasionally be present.
Replica rings are intended solely for design preview, proportion, and sizing reference. Any minor imperfections do not reflect the quality of your final ring, which is handcrafted in precious metals and undergoes rigorous quality control and finishing.
Is shipping included?
We offer complimentary shipping on all replica ring orders. Taxes, duties, or VAT (where applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Australian replica orders are dispatched locally, while international replicas are sent directly from our jeweller in China to ensure efficient delivery and free worldwide shipping.
Can I get a refund on the replica ring?
Replica rings are created as part of a custom consultation process and are therefore non-refundable once production has commenced.
Your replica fee remains redeemable toward your final ring if you choose to proceed within the applicable timeframe.
Certification & Documentation
Do you certify your lab diamonds?
Yes, our laboratory diamonds are IGI- or GIA-certified. For diamonds over 0.5 carats, you will receive either a physical IGI or GIA certificate, or a digital GIA certification. For lab-grown diamonds under 0.5 carats, you will not receive certification. However, you can rest assured that these gemstones are still of the same exceptional quality, sourced from IGI- and GIA-certified suppliers and held to our exacting standards of colour, clarity, and cut.
Each stone also has a tiny serial number engraved on the diamond itself, so you’ll always know it’s authentic and traceable.
Do your moissanite items come with certification?
Moissanite does not have a universally recognised independent certifying body such as GIA or IGI. Instead, Fiorie Jewellery provides a Certificate of Authenticity with every solid gold or platinum moissanite piece we create, confirming the materials and specifications of your jewellery.
Each certificate is digital and unique to the individual item, allowing us to maintain transparency while aligning with our values of ethical sourcing and environmentally conscious practices.
Can I request my IGI report before my item is made?
Yes. Before production begins, we provide a diamond video and/or IGI report for your review and approval.
Payment Options
What currency will I be charged in?
All prices are displayed in AUD. For your convenience, a currency selector is available on each product page to provide an estimated conversion to your preferred currency.
Please note, all orders are processed and charged in AUD at checkout, regardless of the selected display currency.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a number of payment methods on our secure checkout including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Afterpay, Google pay, Apple pay, Diners and Paypal.
Do you have Payment Plans?
Yes, we offer interest-free payment plan options including Afterpay and PayPal Pay In 4. These plans allow you to split your total into smaller, manageable payments and can be selected during checkout.
Afterpay is available to Australian residents and over 18s only. Subject to Afterpay terms and conditions. Late fees may apply. For complete terms visit afterpay.com/terms.
