Shipping Policy
At Fiorie, we are dedicated to ensuring that your jewelry reaches you in a timely and secure manner. Our shipping methods are reliable, and we take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We agree falling in love with something online only to find it doesn't include shipping fees is frustrating! That's why we offer FREE postage regardless of how much you spend.
When it comes to shipping, we want to make sure that you can shop with confidence, knowing that your order will be handled with care from our store to your doorstep.
How long will delivery take?
- Orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
- Delivery times range from 1-11 business days depending on the destination.
Destinations:
United States, Canada and United Kingdom - 5-11 business days
Europe (excl. UK): 6-11 business days
Australia: 4-9 business days
New Zealand: 6-10 business days
- All shipments have tracking numbers. We will send you a tracking number by email after your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Please note:
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mis-typed address)—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fiorie. If for any reason you have changed your mind about your jewellery, or if you are dissatisfied with a product, we have a straightforward return and exchange policy in place. This is our way of building trust and reassuring you that you can shop with confidence.

If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Please read more below about relevant costs.

Solid Gold Signature range & Customised products and products marked "Final sale" on the respective product page are not eligible for return.

If eligible, ship your return parcel (at your cost) to our designated warehouse in Australia. You will not receive a shipping label from Fiorie.

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
What's your exchange policy?
We don't have a formal exchange program. If you'd like to exchange something for a different colour or size, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our website for the item you'd like to receive in exchange.
